Biography

Dr. Jin is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Department of Leadership and Organization Management, Tsinghu University , China. His research interests includes Positive Organizational Behavior, Science of Happiness, Subjective Well-being, IT System and Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Assessment, Research Design and Multivariate Data Analysis. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Jin is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Positive Organizational Behavior, Science of Happiness, Subjective Well-being, IT System and Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Assessment, Research Design and Multivariate Data Analysis.
