Biography
Dr. Ling is currently working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Department of Leadership and Organization Management, Tsinghu University , China. His research interests includes how institutional logics and social networks influence contractual relations, firm borrowing, and political strategies of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and corporate social responsibility and gender differences in private-owned enterprises (POEs) in China’s transitional economy. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Ling is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
