Biography

Research Interest
My research interests include emission characteristics of air pollutants, local and regional air pollution modeling and control policies. I am also interested in the mercury pollution and its environmental impacts. I have been responsible for about 20 projects supported by Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Environmental Protection, Ministry of Science and Technology, and international cooperation. I have published over 80 journal publications and conference papers. I have authored several academic books including “Handbook of Control Technology for Sulfur Dioxide Emission from Coal Burning” and “Clearing the Air: The Health and Economic Damage of Air Pollution in China”.
