Biography

Dr. Weiku is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Department of Leadership and Organization Management, Tsinghu University , China. His research interests includes strategy management, enterprises' competition and game theory, leadership, leadership based on the values, emotional intelligence and leadership, sunny mood, harmonious leadership. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Weiku is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to strategy management, enterprises' competition and game theory, leadership, leadership based on the values, emotional intelligence and leadership, sunny mood, harmonious leadership.
