Dr. Xiao is currently working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Department of Leadership and Organization Management, Tsinghu University , China. His research interests includes the priming effects and subconscious processes in organizational behavior and human resource management and Western management models/concepts in the Chinese cultural context. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Xiao is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to the priming effects and subconscious processes in organizational behavior and human resource management and Western management models/concepts in the Chinese cultural context.
