Biography

Dr. Xiaojun is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Department of Leadership and Organization Management, Tsinghu University , China. His research interests includes Managerial Communication, Corporate Communication and Cross-Cultural Communication, Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibilities, Sustainability, Management Education, Business School Accreditation. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Xiaojun is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Managerial Communication, Corporate Communication and Cross-Cultural Communication, Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibilities, Sustainability, Management Education, Business School Accreditation.
