Zhiming

Biography

Dr. Zhiming is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Department of Leadership and Organization Management, Tsinghu University , China. His research interests includes organizational behavior and human resource management, particularly on team effectiveness, leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, employee’s recruitment and selection, and career management. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Zhiming is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to organizational behavior and human resource management, particularly on team effectiveness, leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, employee’s recruitment and selection, and career management.
