Biography
Eric Schneider serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Assistant Director for the Institute of Global Health and Infectious Diseases, as well as the Administrator for the Division of Infectious Diseases. With more than 21 years of grants management experience, he oversees the Institute’s 400 research awards, exceeding $60M in research funding. A retired reserve naval officer, Eric brings more than 17 years of international experience into play, navigating the many complex issues associated with members of the Institute working and living in different countries.
