Pik Yuk Cheng

Biography

Ms. Cheng Pik Yuk serves as Joint Company Secretary of the Company. Ms. Cheng is a director of Corporate Services of Tricor Services Limited (“Tricor”), a global professional services provider specializing in integrated business, corporate and investor services. Ms. Cheng has over 30 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field and has been providing professional corporate services to Hong Kong listed companies as well as multi-national, private and offshore companies. Prior to joining Tricor, Ms. Cheng was a Senior Manager as well as the Departmental Manager of Company Secretarial Services at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Hong Kong, provided corporate secretarial and share registration services to the client companies. Ms. Cheng obtained a Higher Diploma in Company Secretaryship and Administration from the Hong Kong Polytechnic (now known as Hong Kong Polytechnic University) in Hong Kong in 1980. By profession, she was admitted a fellow of both the HKICS and the ICSA, both in June 1996.
