Biography
I am now a professor in School of Automation Engineering and the visiting lecturer of Newcastle University, United Kingdom. I am also jointly supervising PhD students from Newcastle University with Doctor W.L. Woo, Prof Guiyun Tian and Prof Dlay. I have published more than 50 academical papers, these include (24 SCI indexed jounal papers such as IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TIE, Scientific Reports, APL, IEEE TCB where 11 papers are top journals which belong to JCR rank one and two). I award the best paper in conference FENDT 2014 and the guest editor of international journal RPSP and IJIIS. Currently, I am a principle investigator or co-investigator of the following projects, this include: 1). China fellowship research funding: Impact Damage Detection and evaluation for carbon fiber reinforced plastic Using Eddy Current Pulsed Thermography. 2). National Natural Science Foundation of China under Grant 51377015: Quantitative Fatigue Assessment and health state Monitoring Using Eddy Current Pulsed Thermography. 3). Sichuan Science and Technology Department under Grant 2013HH0059: International cross-discipline collaboration for non-destructive testing and health monitoring
