Biography
Fei Xiao received the B.Sc degree in applied physics from ChongQing University in 1997, the M.Sc degree in physical electron and the PhD degree in radio physics from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2002 and 2005, respectively. From 2009 to 2010, he was a visiting researcher to Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. Now, he is currently an associate professor in UESTC. He currently act as reviewer for many international journals.
