Biography
Feng Liang received the B.S. degree in applied physics from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Wuhan University,Wuhan, China, in 2006 and 2011, respectively. He was the recipient of the Excellent Ph.D. Thesis Award from Hubei province of China. Since July 2011, he has been a Faculty Member at the Institute of Applied Physics, UESTC, where he is now an associate professor.
Research Interest
passive devices in the Terahertz (THz) applications; electromagnetic modeling and simulation for interconnect and packaging structures in high-speed IC & chip; computational electromagnetics
