Biography
Prof. Lu Gan was born in Sichuan Province, China. He received the Ph.D. degree in Signal and Information processing from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), China, in 2009. Now, he is a Professor of Electronic Engineering with UESTC. He is the author of over 50 referred journal and conference papers. Prof. Gan holds over 15 granted and pending patents.
