Biography
Dr. Luo is an associate professor at the University of Electronic Science ant Technology of China. He received his Ph.D degree at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research has focused on so far on P2P networks, RFID systems and intelligent medical diagnosis. He is the secretary general of the academic committee of the ACM Chengdu Chapter and the Assessment Committee of the CCF YOCSEF Chengdu Branch.
