Biography
Ruoyu Luo Ph.D. (D.O.B. 27/07/1968, Female) is a professor at the School of Political Science and Public Administration of UESTC. Her research interests focus on regional development and cooperative governance among local governments, public organization and behavior, public economics and public policy analysis in the context of globalization. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Political Economics from Nankai University in Tianjin, China (2004). She offered post-doctoral study on regional development and cooperative governance at the same university from 2004 to 2006. In 2007 and from 2014 to 2015, Professor Luo also researched at Illinois Institute of Technology, US and Western Michigan University, US respectively as a visiting scholar. She is currently a full professor in UESTC.
