Biography
Qiao Liu received his PhD in Computer Science from UESTC in 2010. Before that he was a visiting scholar at the Computer & Information Science Department at The University of Pennsylvania from 2007 through 2009, as part of a program sponsored by the China Scholarship Council. Now he serves as an Associate Professor in the Data-ming area, with the School of information and software engineering at UESTC.
