Biography
He has been engaged in the teaching and scientific research work about electronic government affairs and information management. Professor Tang has published over 60 papers and has edited and participated 8 books. During 2002 to 2003 and 2006 to 2007, he has a visiting scholar in Aston University,Britain andUniversity of Missouri,America respectively. He is the owner of“the grade A (excellent) instructors ”, “the excellent young teacher teaching award”“the first prize of teaching achievement” from UESTC. He has acquired first and second prize of the excellent course and teaching achievement from Nation.
