Biography
Dr. XIAO Wen got her Ph.D. (doctor of Management, major in Management Science and Engineering, in the field of Businss Strategy) degree from the University Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in March 2007. She has been working as a full-time associate professor at the School of Management and Economics of UESTC since July 2007. She is a visiting scholar to Florida International Univiersity (FIU, the United States) and an adjunct associate professor at FIU (December 2013 - December 2014). She is conducting a post-doctoral fellowship research on family business at ISCTE University of Institute of Lisbon (Portugal). Dr. XIAO Wen has more than 20 papers published in national/international journals and internaitonal conferences. She has hosted and participated in many company consultancy projects and executive training projects. She is very rich experienced in international education and international exchanges and cooperation. She now is the Director of UESTC-ISCTE (Portugal) Joint Program of Doctor of Management.
