Biography
I received my PhD degree in Computer Science from School of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2008. I have been a faculty member of the school of computer science, UESTC since 1998. As main researchers of many national supported key projects, I have got several awards from National level to University level. I have one granted patent and five registered software copyrights. In addition, several research papers are published on top magazine and conference proceedings of Data Mining Area. Two textbooks are published. Thanks to China Scholarship Council, I have visited US twice. I was a visiting researcher in the College of Computing, Georgia Institute of Technology, supervised by Prof. Dr. Ling Liu from 2005 to 2008. I was a visiting researcher in Ohio Center of Excellence in Knowledge Enabled Computing, Wright State University, supervised by Prof. Dr. Keke Chen from 2014 to 2015.
