Biography
Yang Haifen is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication and Information Engineering at University of Electronic and Science Technology of China. She received her B.S.E. and M.S.E. degrees in Communication Engineering in 2000 and 2003, respectively, from the Department of Communication Engineering and Computer, Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU). In 2008, she received her Ph.D. degree University of Electronic and Science Technology of China (UESTC). From 2013 to 2014, she had been stayed in the University of California at Irvine (UCI) as a visiting scholar.
