Biography
She received the B.Eng. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2011, all in electronic engineering. Dr. Zhang was a recipient of the 2010 Best Student Paper Award of IEEE Singapore MTT/AP Chapter. She is a peer reviewer of many international journals, including IEEE Trans. on Signal Processing, IEEE Trans. on Antennas and Propagation, etc. She was a TPC member of IEEE Globecom 2012 Workshop on Radar and Sonar Networks and IWS 2014, and a session chair of the 12th IEEE International Conference on Computer and Information Technology.
