Biography
Professor of School of Physical Electronics in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He worked as associate Professor (2007) and Professor (2013) in Lanzhou University and Beijing Institute of Nanoenergy and Nanosystems, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2009 he worked as research scientist in the group of Professor Zhong Lin Wang at Georgia Institute of Technology.
Research Interest
His main research interest and activities are: self-powered nano/micro device and system, theory of piezotronics, dynamics of time-delay systems and complex networks
