Biography
Yong Zhang, Professor, Senior member of IEEE. He received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China in 1999, 2001, and 2004, respectively. He was invited as a visiting scholar of Illinois Institute of Technology, USA, in 2009-2010.
