Biography
Dr Bo Li is an Assistant Professor in Structural Engineering at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC). He received his PhD in Civil Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2014 and BEng in Civil Engineering from Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology in 2008. Prior to joining UNNC, Dr Li worked as research associate and senior engineer in research institutions in Hong Kong. He has been PI and Co-I of several research projects in structural engineering and construction materials. He serves as a reviewer for a number of leading international journals, including ACI Structural Journal, Engineering Structures, Advances in Materials Science and Engineering, and HKIE Transaction. He is a member of Hong Kong Concrete Institute. His research mainly focuses on reinforced concrete structures, green construction materials, and structural application of innovative materials.
