Biography
Émilie Lapointe is an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Business and Management, Nottingham University Business School China. She received her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Montreal, Canada. Her current research is in the areas of organizational socialization, organizational commitment, psychological contract breach, trust, leadership, and turnover. She has published academic articles in journals such as Human Relations, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and international conference papers.
