Biography
Dr Richard Chang has a Bsc and Msc (Universite Pierre et Marie Curie, France, 2002, 2004) and a PhD in Computer Vision (UPMC, France, 2009). He worked at the Institute for Infocomm Research (A*STAR - Singapore) as research scientist (2010-2016). His research interests include image processing, computer vision and machine learning.
