Biography
Prof. Sherif Kassem received his Ph.D. in computer and Information System from the University of Kent at England. He rewarded both M.Sc. and B.Sc in computer Engineer from College of Engineer, Cairo, Egypt. Prof. Sherif Kassem is Full Prof. from more than 13 years. He worked as academic member from Teacher Assistance to Professor for more than 30 Years in Computer. He had an experience in various administrative jobs inside and outside Egypt for more than 25 Years. Prof. Sherif Kassem worked as visiting professor at college of Management Information System (MIS), Hubei University for two years. He worked as visiting professor at computer science department, English Division, College of Engineer (ABET Accreditation), Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM). He worked as Rector Consultant and Assistance at King Faisal University (ABET Accreditation). Prof. Sherif Kassem was a full Professor and Scientific Committee Member at King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia. Moreover, Prof. Sherif Kassem worked as Editor Member of Scientific Magazine at King Faisal University and he also taught at Open University in Damam. In Jordan, Prof. Sherif Kassem had a large experience as Professor, Graduate College of Computer Studies, Amman Arab University for Graduate Studies. He has a high experience in administrated, teaching, and supervising postgraduate studies. Prof. Sherif Kassem worked as a Head of Information System Department, Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, El Shrouk Academy, El Shrouk, Cairo, Egypt. Further, he was a Head of Research and development department in Computer Engineer and Information System for six years. He had participated in design and implementation various applied practical researches. He worked as Head Assistance of Staff Affairs Office at college of Engineer, Cairo. Prof. Sherif Kassem had worked as iPHONE Developer and Consultant. He has his own apple application at Apple Store: “Imufti Hajj”. In 2002, he received “Long Serves Award” from Egyptian President due to outstanding contribution and development.
