Biography
Dr. Xiaodan Yu is an Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Nottingham University Business School China. She is affiliated to the Institute of Economics, Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna. Prior to joining NUBS, Xiaodan has held research positions at National Research Council and Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Italy. Xiaodan has visited Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and BETA University of Strasbourg as a visiting scholar. Her research interests include economics of innovation, entrepreneurship, firm growth and industrial dynamics. Her research has been published in world leading journals such as Research Policy, Industrial and Corporate Change, Small Business Economics. She participates in the ISIGrowth (Innovation-fuelled, Sustainable, Inclusive Growth) project funded by the European Union.
