Biography
Huang Guozhong , doctor of engineering, associate professor, master tutor. He is currently the secretary and deputy director of the Department of Safety Science and Engineering of Beijing University of Science and Technology. In 1994, he graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in engineering. In 1997, he graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology with a master's degree in engineering. In 2001, he graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology with a Ph.D. Nankai University, the same year into the Beijing University of Science and Technology College of Civil and Environmental Engineering engaged in teaching and research work.

product safety risk assessment theory and methods, hazardous substances risk assessment theory and methods, environmental water quality safety assessment, safety management and risk analysis
