Research Interest
Cryo electron microscopy (cryo-EM) is a powerful technique to study both the structure and dynamics of macromolecular complexes in their close to native state. I am interested in examining the structures and functional interactions of key macromolecular complexes responsible for regulation of eukaryotic transcription and chromatin structure, aiming at a structural understanding of the molecular mechanism.
