Surface physical chemistry of oxide single crystals and ultra-thin films. Molecular self-assembly on surfaces. Application and development of SPM technique particularly scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and non-contact atomic force microscopy (NC-AFM).Surface science of nanocrystals.
