Research Interest
The research in our laboratory focuses on three main topics. 1) The development and transcription regulation of human NK cells. 2) The relationship between human NK subsets and major diseases. We are interested in understanding the mechanisms of hepatitis, Immune escape by Hepatitis B Viruses and the development of auto-immune diseases. 3) Biological Treatment Technology of tumors based on innate immunity. We are currently evaluating the anti-tumor immunochemotherapy of IL-12 based on “pre-existing immunity”. We are also focusing to research and produce the anti-tumor medicine of IL-12.
