Biography
Prof. Wu is currently a professor of the School of Management, University of Science & Technology of China, and has a Ph.D. in management. He is mainly engaged in data envelopment analysis (DEA) theory, method and application research. Over the past five years (since 2007), he has published or accepted for publication 23 papers in SCI indexed journals and 13 papers in SSCI indexed journals. The published papers were cited 185 times in Google Scholar and cited 76 times by others in the SCI database. The applicant is hosting one project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two projects of the Ministry of Education, and two projects of the Chinese Academy of Science. He also participated in three overseas research projects. he won a National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award and was a Highly Commended Award winner of the 2010 Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Awards, as well as winning the third prize of Anhui Excellent Natural Science Academic Thesis (ranked first) and other prizes. Currently, the applicant serves as an editorial board member of an international academic journal. He was invited as guest editor to organize four special issues for four international academic journals.
