Dr. XIAO Ming is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Optics and Optical Engineering, University of Science and Technology of china , China. His research interests includes Quantum computation based on semiconductor single electron devices, such as GaAs and Si quantum dots.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. XIAO Ming is the member of many international affiliations.
