Biography
Xiao Yilin, BS. Central South Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (Today’s Central South University), July 1983; MS. USTC, July 1991; 1991-1996, teacher of USTC; Feb.1997, visiting scholar in Georg-August-Universitat Gottingen supported by Max Planck Society in Germany; PhD. Georg-August-Universitat Gottingen, Jan.2001; 2001-2006, research fellow in Earth Science Center in Georg-August-Universitat Gottingen; profeesor, USTC, since 2006.Since 1990, he has been doing research on ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic rocks and has published over 40 papers on core journals at home and abroad, like Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta, Journal of Petrology , Contributions to Mineralogy and Petrology, Journal of Metamorphic Geology, and Lithos, which have been cited for over 800 times by SCI reference.
