Biography
Zhang Hua, male, born in November 1966, 93 members, professors, doctoral tutor, doctor of engineering, postdoctoral. In 1996 graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University, refrigeration and cryogenic engineering doctorate. He is currently a member of Shanghai CPPCC, dean of School of Energy and Power Engineering of Shanghai University of Technology, director of Institute of Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering of Shanghai University of Technology
