Research Interest
Dr. Prasad also conducts research in the area of pediatric traumatic brain injury. She was principal investigator on a Department of Education grant that evaluates the role of the caregiver and home environment on cognitive and motor skills following traumatic brain injury in infants and toddlers. She is a co-investigator on a National Institutes of Health-funded grant on the impact of stress on emotional and cognitive outcomes from significant injuries in children.
