"Frederic is Senior Vice President of Global Services for Veeva, responsible for product support and professional services to ensure that customers achieve global success. He has more than 20 years experience in software business, since 1999 has always been serving the professional cloud technology enterprises. He has worked for 13 years in the Taleo Group and has been a senior executive in several departments such as its services and sales.
