Biography
"As Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Veeva, Josh is responsible for the overall regulatory oversight of the entire company, including commercial contracts, intellectual property management, corporate governance issues and compliance issues. He has more than 14 years of experience in the legal field and has worked for 11 years at Taleo Corporation, a leading software services provider that provides talent management solutions. Josh served as senior vice president, legal director and secretary of the board during Taleo's office to oversee the company's legal affairs, when the company's turnover grew from about $ 12 million to nearly $ 325 million. He has played a vital role in the development of a number of major business developments, including the development of Taleo's business model for software delivery, the completion of initial public offerings in 2005, the completion of nine acquisitions, and the sale of Taleo The amount increased to nearly $ 2.1 billion. Since 2015, Josh has been a member of the Board of Directors of 10ThousandWindows, a nonprofit organization focused on helping survivors of human trafficking to achieve safe, free and sustainable employment.
