Tim Cabral

Biography

                     "As Chief Financial Officer, Tim is fully responsible for the company's financial management and integrated administrative costs management. He has more than 20 years of technology industry financial management and nearly 10 years of software industry financial management work experience. Prior to joining Veeva Systems, Tim served as Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer at the Modas Group LLC, a wireless solutions services company, and was involved in the partnership with Agistics, a leading personnel management services, as chief financial officer. In addition, Tim has more than seven years of experience at PeopleSoft Inc., where he served as vice president of product and technology finance and senior financial analyst. During his tenure as vice president of finance, he created an operations control team and worked with the general manager of the business units to create an influential business model that would add $ 250 million in sales profits to the company. Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Tim also served as Treasurer at Chiron Corporation and LSI Logic. Tim graduated from the University of Santa Clara with a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree in financial business administration."
