Biography
Haocheng (Victor) Fan has served as our Senior Vice President and General Manager of Custom Silicon Division since December 2015. In this capacity, he is responsible for all of our turnkey ASIC and design services activities, including logistic operations. He had held management positions with the Project Management Office since joining us in 2011. Prior to joining us, Mr. Fan was a senior manager of the hardware department of RealVision, Inc., which develops display-related products based on SoC technology from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Fan received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in micro-electronics circuits and systems from Shanghai Jiatong University.
