Biography
Graduated from the school of Chengdu hydropower in 1981, then work in Shatian hydropower station,Hunan Province.Studied for a master''''s degree at China Institute of water conservancy and hydropower in 1985-1988.after that,worked in Wuhan hydropower control equipmen company and Wuhan Hongshan electrical technology research institute for product design and technical development. Engaged in teaching and research of hydropower station and automatic control of the transition process in Wuhan University from 1995.Studied for PhD in water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology during 1999-2002. Now served as deputy director of Key Laboratory of hydraulic mechanical transition process of Ministry of education, the National Standardization Technical Committee of the turbine control equipment technical committee, member of Chinese information Specialized Committee hydroelectric Institute, Chinese hydroelectric power hydroelectric control equipment to the Specialized Committee member, Hubei Province Hydropower Institute of electrical and Automation Committee of Specialized Committee.
