Biography
Dongguo Zhou,Ph.D,gratuded from Chongqing Univeristy.He received Bachelor degree in Instrument Science and Technology form Chongqing University,in 2004, and got the Ph.D degree with the same college in 2013. Then after, he pursued the PostDoctor in Wuhan University for further study. Now,he is a teacher, and his interests covers the electronic signal processing and smart grid.
