Biography
Feng Liu received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 1996 and the M.S. degree in mechanical engineering and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2001 and 2006, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Mechanic and Power Engineering, Wuhan University. His research interests include novel micro/nano devices and systems, magnetic materials, and RF devices, and he has published about 60 papers in academic journals and conferences and holds 10 patents.
