2009/10~2010/10: Visiting Scholar of Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Iowa State Universtiy(ISU), USA. 2001/03~ 2006/06: PHD of Hydroelectric Engineering, College of Hydroelectric and Information Engineering of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). 1997/09～2000/05: Master of Hydroelectric Engineering, College of Hydroelectric and Information Engineering of HUST. 1993/09～1997/06: Bachelor of Power System and Its Automation, Power Department of HUST. 2006/07～now : An associate professor of School of Power and Mechanical Engineering. 1997/07～2001/03: A teacher of College of Hydroelectric and Information Engineering, the teacher of “Professional English” and” Hydropower Utilization” undergraduate courses. 1998/10～1999/01: The vice director of high tech & international cooperation office of HUST. 1999/01～1999/10: The official of Science and Technology Department of MOE in charge of “863” plan.
