Biography
Dr. Ming Liu is a "Tengfei" professor at School of Electrical and Information Engineering, and director of the laboratory for Integrated Multiferroic Materials and Devices. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Northeastern University in Boston. Prior to joining XJTU, he was a research scientist at AFRL and Argonne Scholar at Argonne National Laboratory. Dr. Liu was the receipt of One Thousand Talents Plan of China, Argonne Director’s Postdoc Fellowship and NEU Outstanding Research Award.
