Biography
Dr. Qiuwang Wang received a B.Sc. in Fluid Machinery from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, in 1991 and a Ph.D. degree in Engineering Thermophysics from the same university in 1996. He then joined the faculty of the university. He is now a full professor of School of Energy and Power Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University. He was a visiting scholar in the Division of Building Science and Technology at City University of Hong Kong from 1998 to 1999, and a guest professor in the Institute for Materials Chemistry and Engineering at Kyushu University of Japan from September to December, 2003.
Research Interest
Computational Fluid Dynamics and Numerical Heat Transfer (CFD&NHT), heat transfer enhancement, transport phenomena in porous media, compact heat exchangers, building energy saving and indoor air quality, etc.
