Borned in January 1953, in 1982, he was graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University , in 1987 went to University of Denver to study computer technology for one year and is currently an professor in the School of mechanical equipment Xi’an Jiaotong University , China Instrument Society of Precision Machinery Branch members, China Instrument and Control Society Precision Machinery Branch of the fourth member of the Council
