Biography

Born in 1957, advisor of Ph.D. student, leading professor of information subject. Mainly engaged in the research and development of computer application technology, especially in multilingual information processing, information system development, database design, computer network and automation technology. Successively presided over more than ten major projects, such as national 863 projects, the key technology research and important research of CAS…. Achieved results in more than 80 computer application projects, which has made great social and economical benefits and made important contribution to construction of national economy and information. Got a first, a second and two third prize for provincial scientific and technological progress. Successively published more than 40 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals and conferences. Made creative contribution to Management Information System and Integration of Industry Control. Now as secretary of the Party committee and vice director of XJIPC, board chairperson of Xinjiang Association of Automation, vice director of Xinjiang Association of Software, head of the expert group of Xinjiang MIE, member of Xinjiang expert council.
