Biography
Researcher of XJIPC, Graduate Education, supervisor of master． Mainly engaged in the research of semiconductor radiation physics, such as radiation effects of digital circuit and linear analog circuit and radiation hardening process. Successively undertook more than 20 projects, such as national 863 programs, national defense research in advance and major project of military industry of CAS…． Successively got a third prize for “national scientific and technological progress”, a first prize and a third prize for “CAS scientific and technological progress”, a second prize and a third prize for Xinjiang scientific and technological progress”, a first prize and three second prizes and a third prize for Xinjiang Natural Science Award for Outstanding Papers, five items of Chinese Electronics Society Award for Outstanding Papers． Published more than 80 papers in domestic and foreign core journals． Reviewer of Chinese Journal of Semiconductors and Nuclear Techniques．
